Spanish nationality by residence

Our fees from start to finish, VAT and the immigration fee for the procedure, which we pay on your behalf when filing. It does not include apostilles or legalisations, sworn translations, consular fees, the card fee (TIE) or the immigration office appointment: if you need any of them, we tell you beforehand and quote them separately. The pack price you see is the price you pay for the pack.

A video call with a lawyer to analyse your case, confirm the route and resolve your questions before hiring. If you hire the procedure within the following 7 days, we deduct the full €50: the lawyer emails you a code and you enter it when hiring. The video call covers advice only, not the handling of the procedure.
We check before starting: the test, the video call and the hiring questionnaire filter out what doesn't apply. If even so, when studying your documents, the lawyer sees that filing is not advisable, we tell you and refund the pack price minus €50 for the case study.
You receive an email with your personal link to My Case. From there you fill in your details for the official form and upload your documents. We open your case at that moment and review what you upload as it comes in.
In My Case, with no username or password: it opens with your personal link and, the first time on each device, with the last four characters of your NIE or passport. You see which stage it is at, what's missing, your lawyer and everything we have done on your case, with dates. If you lose the link, request it with your email and we'll resend it.
From your phone: a photo or the PDF of each document, and it lands in your case with its name. You can upload them in several goes and retake a photo that didn't come out well. Whatever needs signing, such as the sworn declaration, is signed with your finger on the screen.
Documents issued outside Spain must come translated into Spanish by a sworn translator and legalised or apostilled. That cost is separate from the pack. If you have doubts about any of them, write to us before ordering.
The timing is set by the Administration, not by us, and it varies by procedure and office. What does depend on us is filing quickly and without errors: as soon as your documents are complete we review and file them, and we notify you of every change of status.
