The authorisation uses the same details as the official form, so fill them in first and you won't have to type them twice.
We need your authorisation
To file your application on your behalf we need your written authorisation. It is the official representative appointment form: you sign it here with your finger, in a minute, and we file it with your case.
It carries your signature in favour of , who is handling your case.
Documents
From your phone, by taking a photo or attaching a PDF. Each file goes straight into your case with its name, without you having to rename anything.
You can upload them in several goes: what is already uploaded stays ticked. If a photo comes out badly, upload it again and we keep the good one. And if a document has two sides, like the TIE, upload them one after the other with the same button: we keep both.
Documents from another country must come translated by a sworn translator and apostilled. The apostille is requested in the country that issued the document. If you have doubts about any of them, write to us before uploading it.
What we have left for you
Your invoice and the documents of your procedure: fee receipts, requests for documents and decisions from the Administration. Download them and keep them, you will need them.
