We are three partners: two registered immigration lawyers and a software engineer. Ana Belén and Saad study, build and defend your case. Desirée builds the platform you follow it on from your phone, without calling anyone to ask how it is going.
We are not a form or a call centre: when you hire us, you talk to the person who signs your case.

Our origins
Three paths that crossed at university
We met in 2011 studying Law. Ana Belén and Saad followed the classic route and opened their immigration law practice. Desirée went into software engineering and spent eight years building platforms.
Years later we put the two halves together, because we saw the same problem from different sides: case files lost in email, quotes that grow halfway through a procedure and people waiting weeks for a one-line answer. Gestoría Extranjeros is our way of fixing it: the legal judgement of a law firm, with the convenience of doing everything online.

Who handles your case
These are the three names behind the website. You can check the bar numbers with the Cádiz Bar Association.

She handles the substance: she checks whether your case really fits the route you want, prepares the documents and replies to the Administration's requests. Since 2011 explaining procedures in a language people understand, with no Latin and no promises that can't be kept.

He takes care of what comes in crooked or in a hurry: refusals, appeals and cases with the clock running. He studies where the application failed, what real room is left and how long you have to appeal, and tells you straight even when the answer is not the one you were hoping for.
"I studied it from the Law. I built it from technology. Now I bring the two together so you don't have to suffer the bureaucracy."
A graduate in Law and Political Science and a software engineer with a master's degree in Cloud Computing. After more than eight years designing digital architectures, she built the platform you use to send your documents from your phone and see where your case stands without having to call to ask.
How we work
Four commitments we apply to every case, whatever the procedure.

A lawyer with a name
Your case doesn't rotate between anonymous agents. You know who handles it, with which bar number, and who to ask.

Fixed price
The price includes fees, VAT and the immigration fee for the procedure. Apostilles and legalisations, sworn translations, consular fees, the card fee (TIE) and the immigration office appointment are not included: you handle them yourself or ask us to, as a disbursement.

Everything online, no queues
You upload your documents from your phone and check the real status of your case whenever you like, without booking an appointment for anything.

If it isn't viable, we tell you
We check viability before starting. We would rather tell you in time than file an application headed for refusal.
