Half an hour of video call with a registered lawyer from the team. They review your specific case, tell you which route applies to you and which documents you will need. No templates and no beating about the bush.
It costs €50 and we deduct the full amount if you then hire us for the procedure: if you go ahead, the consultation costs you nothing. And if something comes up, you can change the date or cancel yourself from the confirmation email.

Who will see you
The consultation is held by one of the two lawyer partners, whichever you choose. Not a salesperson or a call centre: you talk directly to the person who would sign your case.

Who would you like to have the consultation with?
Changes and cancellations: you can change the date or cancel yourself from the link in your confirmation email. Changing the date is free. If you cancel before the lawyer has reviewed your documents, we refund the full €50; if they have already reviewed them, we refund the amount minus the work done up to then, and never more than half.
When you book, Calendly receives your contact details and your identity document number, and Stripe handles the payment. How we treat them: privacy policy (in Spanish).
How it works

You choose a lawyer and a slot, and pay
You pick who, the day and the time that suit you, and pay the €50 by card on the spot. You receive the confirmation by email with the video call link, and reminders the day before and an hour before.

You upload your documents, if you like
The confirmation email has a button to upload any document before the call: your passport or TIE, a decision, a request for documents, a contract. The lawyer reviews it beforehand and the half hour goes further.

You leave with a specific route
We tell you which procedure applies to you, which documents are needed and how much it costs, at a fixed price. If you decide to go ahead, that €50 is deducted with the code you receive after the consultation.
Frequently asked questions about the consultation
Yes, yourself and without writing to us: the confirmation email has the links to change the date and to cancel. Changing the date is free, as many times as needed. If you cancel before the lawyer has reviewed the documents you sent us, we refund the full €50. If they have already reviewed them, we refund the amount minus only the work done up to that point, which we itemise for you, and never more than half. Once the consultation has taken place, the service has been provided and there is no refund.
After the consultation you receive by email a €50 discount code for the procedure the lawyer recommended. You enter it when hiring on the website and the price drops by that €50. The code is valid for 7 days from the consultation: if you hire within that week, the consultation was free.
On Google Meet. The link is in the confirmation email and in the reminders. On a computer it opens in the browser with nothing to install; on a phone it will ask for the Google Meet app, which is free. We recommend a quiet place and having the documents you want to show to hand.
Yes, and it is worth it. The confirmation email has a button that opens your case, from which you can upload anything you would like us to review: passport, NIE or TIE, decisions, requests for documents, contracts, payslips. It works from your phone too, with a photo. It is not compulsory, but with the documents seen in advance the lawyer uses the half hour to give you answers, not to ask you for papers.
The lawyer you choose when booking, Ana Belén or Saad, the two partners of the firm and practising registered lawyers. It is a 30-minute video call. If you hire us afterwards, your case is handled by the same lawyer who saw you: they already know your case. The consultation can be held in English.
By card, in the same calendar, when you confirm the slot. The payment is taken by Stripe, which is who receives your card details; we don't see them. You receive the receipt by email. The €50 includes VAT.
Write to us on WhatsApp at the time and we'll sort it out: if the fault is ours or the platform's, we give you another slot at no cost. If you can see you won't make it, better to change the date from the link in the email as soon as you know.
